We will quote you a price

We will arrange the service contract along with your camera upon receiving your payment

Once you have received the camera and your service contract, keep the service contract safe and your camera will have extended local repair for the stated period.
What to do when there is a problem:
Please email DC Empire (info@dcempire.com.hk), and a form will be sent and a ‘Control number’ will be issued. A recommended manufacturer repair centre will be provided. On the other hand, if there is no manufacturer repair centre available in the country, customer will then be authorized to repair at their local repair centre.
If a local repair center was used, you can send us the bill through email after the repair, and then we will refund the amount.

Terms and Conditions
Standard Extended Warranty
Standard Manufacturer defects, including lens package (kit with 1 lens)

The Digital Camera registered under Standard Extended Warranty is guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer’s specifications for the stated period.

This service contract must be purchased and paid within thirty (30) days from the date of the equipment hereunder is purchased.

In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service you must contact DC Empire for a Repair Authorization Number (issue Number).

DC Empire is not responsible for international shipping and for any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees upon Customs clearance.

The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to the service holder (this includes warranted parts and labor for manufacturer defects).
- Such service, repair, adjustment of the equipment is assured the registered contract holder, provided the equipment has not been tampered with, modified, damaged as a result of liquid, sand, grit, impact and physically broken parts.

This limited service contract applies only to the product specified herein. It does not cover damaged LCD’s, interchangeable lens, batteries, remotes, power adapter, digital media, software, bent card reader pins, docking station, and additional accessories or other expenses of consequential damages.

This contract or DC Empire will not be liable for loss of revenues or profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages.

If the unit cannot be repaired by DC Empire or the Manufacturer for manufacturer’s defects, replacement will be made with the same or equivalent model based on the contracted unit current market value at our sole discretion.

This service contract is not an insurance policy or a warranty. This service contract is only valid if positive identification of the unit covered hereunder is presented at the time of service.
